The aim of this phase was to continue the first phase of developing the skills of educational instructors. The following topics (Ethics of Guidelines according to APA, normal and abnormal personality in psychology, the role, and importance of psychological training in the guidance process, patients’ rights and how to send cases, the nature of guidance in private schools and educational guides). 6 webinars were conducted for 2 months with 50 participants.
